Bridging the gap between data and design wasn’t just a technical challenge—it was a UX one. We had to earn trust from marketers accustomed to traditional analytics, while introducing AI-driven insights in a way that felt reliable, familiar, and actionable. Navigating the tension between new technology, massive datasets, and deeply ingrained user expectations made this one of the most complex and rewarding problems I’ve worked on.
