Bridging the gap between data and design wasn’t just a technical challenge—it was a UX one. We had to earn trust from marketers accustomed to traditional analytics, while introducing AI-driven insights in a way that felt reliable, familiar, and actionable. Navigating the tension between new technology, massive datasets, and deeply ingrained user expectations made this one of the most complex and rewarding problems I’ve worked on.

Navigating the tension between new technology, massive datasets, and deeply ingrained user expectations made this one of the most complex and rewarding problems I’ve worked on.

To tackle that complexity, I designed a UX system that could serve both analytical and creative workflows—without overwhelming either. I leaned on continuous user research, interviews, and iterative testing to surface pain points and translate them into simple, purposeful interactions. The result was an experience that felt intuitive on the surface, while quietly handling significant complexity underneath.
